New on the menu are the D24 Pandan Waffle Cake, D24 & Sweet Potato in Chestnut Tartlets, D24 Tri Chocolate Cake, Mini D24 Salted Caramel Delights, D24 Kueh Dadar and Deep-Fried D24 in Layered Flaky Pastry.

One of my favourites from the new edition pastries is the D24 Pandan Waffle Cake. 3 fluffy pandan waffles are lathered with D24 durian pulp, drizzled with caramelised cocnut sauce and coconut coating and topped with gula melaka crumble and coconut flakes.

The other one that stood out for me was the D24 & Sweet Potato in Chestnut Tartlets. The D24 durian and purple sweet potato puree vermicelli atop chestnut almond cream tart shell had a very balanced flavour that was not too sweet or overpowering.
In March, the D24 Durian Combo is exclusively available featuring 3 new and 3 signature pastries – D24 Trio Chocolate Cake, Mini D24 Salted Caramel Delight, D24 & Sweet Potato in Chestnut Tartlet, D24 Mousse Cake, D24 Puff, and D24 Crêpe.
To mark Goodwood Park Hotel’s 38th Anniversary, selected favourites from the past years have been brought back. Four well-loved treats will be available for a month each from April to July 2021.
‘Mao Shan Wang’ Mousse Cake ($78 nett for 500 grams; $156
nett for 1kg) and ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Power Puff ($28 nett per piece) will be available from 1 May to 1 August 2021.
