Escape to level six of One Farrer Hotel and enjoy sizzling steaks and signatures dishes from the grill. Escape Restaurant is located right next to the hotel’s swimming pool offering a relaxing spot away from the usual crowds.
Escape Restaurant Offers Grilled Dishes
Escape Restaurant has been serving up steaks and an assortment of dishes fresh off the grill at reasonable prices since 14 August 2021. The selection of steaks includes grass-fed Angus Ribeye, Australian Angus Tenderloin, Prime Grade US Omaha Striploin, and the Tajima Wagyu Striploin. The beef varies in weight from 180g up to 1kg for the Tomahawk Steak. Prices varies from S$28 to S$152.
There are also non red meats options on the menu. Executive Chef Marcus Tan has also introduced at Crispy “Har Cheong Gai” Burger (S$22). He deep fries succulent chicken thigh meat in homemade prawn paste and serve with shredded greens and signature sauce between toasted buns. There is also the Miso Salmon (S$28).
Each grilled entrée or burger is served with a choice of 2 sides and a sauce. Choose from potato staples such as Saffron Charlotte Puree, Truffle Fries and Sweet Potato Fries.
