Blue Bottle Coffee has finally arrived in Singapore. Its first Southeast Asian outpost opened on 3 April 2025 at Lumine Singapore in Raffles City. If you’re familiar with the brand’s cult-like status in California and Japan, you’ll know this is more than just a new café. It’s a caffeine-fuelled design experience.
Blue Bottle Coffee – The Space

The space is a sleek 135-square-metre cocoon of stainless steel and white oak, wrapped around a U-shaped island bar. Every detail here—from custom oak Taguchi speakers to open visual flow—is designed for connection. You’re meant to linger, sip, and maybe chat with your barista.

The café seats 42. But the menu? That’s where things really open up.
The Drinks Menu

You’ll find Blue Bottle classics like Cold Brew, Mocha, and the much-loved New Orleans-Style Coffee. The latter is cold brewed with roasted chicory and blended with milk and organic cane sugar. Smooth, just sweet enough, and dangerously easy to drink.

For those avoiding caffeine, there are citrusy fizz options, Japanese sparkling juices, and surprisingly indulgent Hot Chocolate and Matcha Lattes.
Exclusive Singapore-Only Flavours

Blue Bottle has partnered with local bakery darling Bakery Brera to create Singapore-exclusive viennoiseries. Two standout items? The Coconut Kouign-Amann and the Pandan Canelé with Kaya. Think flaky, buttery layers infused with Southeast Asian nostalgia. There are also international hits like Almond Croissant and Triple Cheese & Turkey Croissant, but the local options are the ones to queue for.

As part of the opening festivities, from 3 to 5 April between 12pm and 7pm, you can personalise a Blue Bottle Singapore tote with any tote purchase. Consider it your caffeinated badge of honour.

The brand has also teamed up with homegrown floral studio The Florté to bring a modern botanical touch to the space. The seasonal floral arrangements are inspired by Covent Garden flower markets—impossibly pretty, but still rooted in the everyday.

Blue Bottle’s debut in Singapore is more than just an opening—it’s a statement. A slow coffee experience in a fast-paced city. A place where design, taste, and community meet.
