More than just a night out, it really adds an element of fun. Coming up with different concoctions is a lot tougher then you’d expect! Well, it may have been because I was adamant about adding the unconventional and strong flavours of star anise into my drink. Don’t put it off, as when paired with the lighter palette of the Mascaro, the licorice-like taste of the star anise actually made for a refreshing yet refined cocktail. Give it a try, or leave it to the bartender to see what he has up his sleeves – you are not going to be disappointed.

My Little Tapas Bar is the sister outlet to My Little Spanish Place. It is located at 42 Club Street, Singapore. They can be contacted through +65 6223 8048.
