Great Deals and “Hidden” Finds with #ShiokFoodFind

Unilever Food Solutions has launched an Instagram campaign called Shiok Food Find @ShiokFoodFind in the month of July to help residents of Singapore find great deals and ‘hidden’ finds. The platform aims to form a powerful social community by inviting F&B operators and diners to share what’s hot in the dining scene. It serves as a source on the latest and lesser known great food finds in town.

Shiok Food Finds featured include a free flow tamarind tea from The Mind Cafe, tomato pineapple duck pie from Duckland by Tunglok and a peanut butter burger of cod or dory layered between crunchy coleslaw, onion fritters and a toasted bun from Big Fish Small Fish.

We also received Hey! Lulu and Eda-san from What’s Pide. What’s Pide uses premium ingredients such as US short plate beef and flour specially flown in from Korea. What’s Pide has 11 outlets in Seoul and in April this year, it opened its first flagship store in Singapore. Each pide is hand-kneaded and baked fresh every day. What’s Pide is located at #01-63 China Square Central. We love their handwritten post it quotes that come with each hand wrapped pide.

Over S$3,000 worth of food delivery/transportation vouchers will be given away in the form of S$50 vouchers till 31 July 2019 to selected Instagrammers who share an interesting food find, secret menu item or hidden gem. Don’t forget to tag #ShiokFoodFind or @ShiokFoodFind.
