Founded by Shintaro Naganuma, the mind behind Bake Cheese Tart, SNOWS celebrates the richness of Hokkaido winter dairy and elegant Japanese craftsmanship. Milky, decadent and beautifully packed, these are gifts that look as delightful as they taste.
SNOWS focuses on quality ingredients and thoughtful craft. Its treats are made with rich winter milk from free range Hidaka cows in Hokkaido, and the brand follows a circular production approach where cake crumbs feed chickens and their manure nourishes the pastures. The nostalgic packaging, featuring artwork by woodblock print artist Kazuyoshi Otani inspired by snow covered Hokkaido scenery, makes every box feel gift ready and special.
