Team Superadrianme had the privilege of attending media tastings for the dine-in menus at various renowned restaurants across Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s properties in Singapore, such as Pan Pacific Singapore, Pan Pacific Orchard, PARKROYAL COLLECTION at Marina Bay, PARKROYAL Beach Road, and Si Chuan Dou Hua at Top of UOB.

Pan Pacific Orchard is Pan Pacific Hotel Group’s latest and newest hotel to open in Singapore in 2023. A 102 sqm private dining area has been carved out for very exclusive dining. The Chairman’s Lounge on level three sits up to 16 people. The kitchen is helmed by newly appointed Chinese Master Chef Leung Wing Cheung, formerly from Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Kitchener before it was deflagged to become the Novotel at Kitchener.

Chef Leung unveils a series of festive menus at The Chairman’s Lounge until 24 February 2024. The Delightful set menu is priced at S$2,688++ per table of 10 persons, offering a range of exquisite dishes, each more tempting than the last. For those seeking a more opulent experience, the Prosperity and Eternity set menus are available at S$2,988++ and S$3,288++ per table of 10 persons respectively.

Enjoy Yu Sheng platters from Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pacific Singapore, whether you prefer dining in or taking away. The Abundance Yu Sheng (S$288 for the large size) is exclusively available for dine-in, showcasing a delightful array of ingredients including whole abalone, lobster, scallops, coral clam, crystalline ice plant, and dragon fungus. Additionally, the Vitality Yu Sheng and Double Blessings Yu Sheng are offered at S$288 or S$128 for the large size respectively, and S$168 or S$88 for the small size. For those seeking a vegetarian option, a version is available at S$98 for the large size or S$68 for the small size.

Chinese New Year lunch and dinner set menus are available till 25 February 2024 with a minimum of 2 persons starting from S$148++ per person. Special sets for a minimum of five people start from S$188++ per person.

Peach Blossoms at PARKROYAL COLLECTION on Marina Bay

Peach Blossoms’ Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong and his Culinary Team have curated a collection of signature dishes, set menus and a variety of Yu Sheng options. Feast the crowd-favourite Harvest Yu Sheng and the Blossoming Abalone Treasure Pot, featuring an ensemble of 10-head Whole Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Scallop, Braised Pig’s Trotter, Roast Duck, Dried Oyster, Live Prawn, Flower Mushroom, Lotus Root, Dace Fish Ball, and Radish. 

The Auspicious Yu Sheng highlights kanpachi and Hokkaido Uni, accompanied by a generous assortment of fruits such as strawberries, kiwi, jackfruit, nashi pear, rockmelon, honeydew, and water apple, all garnished with shredded taro.

One standout dish is the Sturgeon Fish Tendon Dumpling with Superior Sauce, featuring Japanese Sea Cucumber. Chef Edward selected sturgeon for its resemblance to a dragon’s head. The fish undergoes careful deboning and expert shaping into a dumpling resembling a fish, complete with its tendon. It is served with prized Japanese sea cucumber in a sweet pumpkin and sturgeon broth, showcasing meticulous preparation and creativity.

A feast to celebrate the year of the dragon is a must at Peach Blossoms.

Si Chuan Dou Hua at Top of UOB

Si Chuan Dou Hua introduces exclusive Dragon Year set menus. Highlights include the Prosperity Fugu and Salmon Roe Yusheng with Fresh Greens. The Fugu (Pufferfish) is sourced from Shimonoseki and is transformed into a mouth-watering masterpiece by bona fide trained chefs. The Fugu is shaped like a dragon to celebrate the Year of the Dragon.

Executive Cantonese Chef Hoo Chee Keong’s Waxed Meat Rice with Foie Gras and Salted Egg Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, also known as Lap Mei Fan in Cantonese, is a symphony of flavours that dance on the palate with the luxurious richness of foie gras and savoury notes of waxed meat and salted egg.

A Royal Imperial High Tea with Cocktail is available for dine-in here. at S$60++ per person. Enjoy freshly handmade dim sum with a scenic city view and award-winning cocktails by Nutmeg & Clove. It also comes with a tapas-sized yusheng.

Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Beach Road

Indulge in a delightful dining experience at Si Chuan Dou Hua in PARKROYAL on Beach Road, where specially crafted set menus start at S$108++ per person. Feast on the likes of the Double Prosperity Yusheng with Smoked Salmon & Crispy Fish Skin, the mouthwatering Steamed Australian Cod Fish with Garlic of Preserved Capsicum Sauce, and the comforting Double-boiled South American Sea Cucumber Broth with Matsutake Mushroom & Dried Scallop.

For those looking to share the joy, opt for the six or eight-course set menus designed for a minimum of two persons at S$138 or S$168 per person.

For a truly lavish experience, gather a group of at least four people and indulge in the S$268++ per person set menu. Revel in the premium offerings such as the Signature Dragon-style Fugu Yusheng, the luxurious Braised Premium Birds Nest with fresh Crab Meat soup, the tantalising Stir-fried Sea Cucumber with Asparagus and Silver Fish Sauce, the decadent Braised 2-head abalone with Bai Ling Mushrooms, and the succulent Braised Lobster with Lemongrass Sauce, among other delectable dishes.
