Move It! That’s Fitness First’s latest campaign to get people to stay active and get at least 150 minutes of exercise each week.

Fitness First will provide members and nonmembers the opportunity to try out the new proprietary classes such as ProCycling and Freestyle Group Training that it recently launched as well as the latest fitness innovations. The campaign is based on Fitness First’s new focus on dynamic movement training. 30-minute short workouts have been planned to help make exercise a lifetime habit for everyone.

Visit any Fitness First Club from 26 May to 1 June (for members) or 2 June to 8 June (non members). Better yet. It is free. Check out the open house class schedules below.
