6 September 2012, Taipei, Taiwan – W Taipei recently appointed Taipei personality Joyce Hsu as the official W Taipei Insider – which connects hotel guests to the latest events, happenings and entertainment in the city. The hotel also introduced its first Taipei Insider Instagram Photo Gallery of Taipei’s Best of the Best by Joyce Hsu which can be accessed on its official Facebook page. Joyce shares the best parties at W and around Xin Yi District, or the Best Mojito in Woobar, Best Coffee at Woolloomooloo, Best Hotpot – Orange or Qiao-Tou, Best Dumplings – Din Tai Fung and Bright Moon – Best breakfast at 4am – Fu-Xing South Road Late Supper and Breakfast Lane, Best massage place – AWAY Spa and M-One Spa amongst other categories.

A graduate from Boston University School of Hospitality Administration in 2010, Joyce is fluent in English and Mandarin and a Taipei native. Joyce brings an insider’s perspective from previous intern experience in one of New York’s largest event companies “Espace” (under Capitale Ventures) and high-end restaurant Privus Sushi Lounge in Boston where her culinary taste got developed. She joined W Taipei team when the hotel opened in February 2011 where she creates one-of-a-kind experiences exclusively for W Taipei guests.
