This retail milestone coincides with the airline’s 35th anniversary of operations in Singapore. Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Adnan Kazim, shared that the store represents the airline’s Fly Better promise in a physical form. He noted that in 2024 alone, Emirates carried more than 800,000 passengers between Singapore and Dubai. The new space not only celebrates this ongoing relationship but also sets the stage for deeper engagement with customers in the years ahead.

The Emirates World Store offers a warm, lounge-inspired atmosphere designed to make trip planning more personal and enjoyable. Drawing from customer insights, the airline recognised that many travellers still appreciate in-person interaction when organising something as significant as travel. This insight informed the development of a space where customers can receive tailored advice, make bookings, and get inspired for their next journey.

Beyond just consultation, the store invites visitors to experience Emirates’ offerings up close. A key highlight is the exclusive installation of the airline’s First-Class Private Suite. Visitors can step inside to explore its luxurious leather seating, ambient lighting, and privacy doors—features usually reserved for the skies. It’s a rare opportunity for anyone curious about flying Emirates First Class to see and feel the difference on the ground.

To add to the sensory experience, the store integrates digital elements such as a selfie mirror that lets guests pose in front of scenic travel backdrops. While waiting, customers can enjoy freshly brewed coffee as part of the airline’s renowned hospitality. Design-wise, the open-plan space reflects the brand’s light and modern aesthetic, with motifs of the Ghaf Tree, the national tree of the UAE, subtly incorporated into the décor.
