Archipelago Launches Limited Edition British India Pale Ale At Beerfest 2013

Archipelago Limited Edition British IPA is designed as highly drinkable version to all palette

Launching at Beerfest Asia on 13 June 2013 is Archipelago Brewery’s limited edition British India Pale Ale (IPA).  Archipelago Brewery’s Brewmaster Robert Beck went back to basics when brewing this limited edition locally in Singapore, using ingredients from England, Australia, New Zealand and America.

This IPA is full-bodied, balanced with sweet caramel and biscuit notes infused from crystal and Munich malts and offers a mixture of citrus flavours and aromas of grapefruit, orange, lime, peaches, sherbet and lychees with orange the most notable flavour which is derived from the dry hopping of the Amarillo hop.  Robert adds a touch of Asia by adding brown palm sugar, Gula Melaka.

The limited edition IPA smells fruity yet tastes slightly bitter without it being sweet.   Available at Archipelago concept outlets from 14 June 2013.
