A brand-new AITO M9 gracefully emerged from the Vehicle Departure Gate at the SERES Super Factory. It seamlessly joined an impressive formation of 780 AITO M9s. Together, they ignited a breathtaking fusion of cutting-edge technology and artistic brilliance, turning the scene into a luminous masterpiece.

As the music swelled, the vehicles transformed into sleek, synchronized dancers, their headlights choreographing a dynamic light spectacle. The interplay of glowing headlightsstage lighting, and artistic gymnastics created a mesmerizing visual symphony that left the audience spellbound.

This wasn’t just a display—it was a revolutionary experience where innovation met artistry, delivering a stunning, unforgettable moment.

The AITO M9: Redefining Luxury and Innovation in Electric Mobility

The AITO M9 is a full-size luxury SUV manufactured by Seres in collaboration with Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA). It offers both a range extender electric vehicle (EREV) and a battery electric vehicle (EV) version. The EREV version features a 1.5 L turbocharged petrol engine as a range extender and comes with a 42 kWh or 52 kWh battery. It can travel up to 1,402 km (CLTC) on a single charge.

The EV version boasts a 100 kWh batter offering a range of 630 km. The spacious M9 offers a 3,110 mm wheelbase, and is 5,230 mm long, 1,999 mm wide, and 1,800 mm high.

Inside, the AITO M9 impresses with a 32-inch augmented reality driver’s head-up display (AR-HUD), multiple screens, including a 15.6-inch central display and a 16-inch front passenger monitor, along with a home theatre feel in the back passenger area with a retractable screen and projector. The luxurious interior is complemented by Huawei’s HarmonyOS intelligent cockpit, ADS 2.0 (or ADS 3.0 for newer models) AI-powered advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), and a multi-modal fusion perception system. The exterior design follows the “Kunpeng Zhanyi” concept with a drag coefficient of 0.264 Cd for the EV version and 0.279 Cd for the EREV version. The AITO M9 is designed to offer a premium and technologically advanced driving experience.

The AITO M9 is designed to compete with top-tier luxury SUVs like the Tesla Model X and BMW iX, offering a blend of performance, technology, and sustainability. With a starting price of approximately US$80,000, it is positioned as a premium option in the electric vehicle market. The vehicle is currently available in China, with plans for expansion into European markets in the near future. Owners can expect a comprehensive warranty package, including an 8-year/160,000 km battery warranty, along with access to Huawei’s growing network of fast-charging stations.
