11 November 2011, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – The Johnnie Walker Step Inside The Black Circuit Campaign brings the pulsating energy and glamour of Brazil to the heart of downtown Kuala Lumpur on 26 November 2011.   Coinciding with the season-ending Formula 1 race in Brazil, the party will held at the renovated and refurbished KL Live located in the heart of downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Guests at the Black Circuit Lounge will get VIP treatment and given a unique glimpse into the exciting world of motor racing, delivered with a distinctively Brazilian touch.  Enjoy the Brazilian Carnival atmosphere and high-octane Brazilian-inspired performances, vibrant costumes and state-of-the-art interactive brand experiences. Concocted by award-winning World Class mixologists Amanda Wan and Yi Shawn Chong,  the Johnnie Walker commissioned cocktails for the night will be imbued with a Brazilian flavour.  Current Miss Malaysia Universe Deborah Henry and E! News Host Dominic Lau will be the emcees for the night and supported by popular Malaysian model, singer and host Hannah Tan.

 Here’s the stellar entertainment you can expect for the night:

• Clinton Sparks – Multi-platinum producer and DJ from the USA who has produced for Lady Gaga, Akon, Pitbull, Ludacris and the Notorious B.I.G.
• DJ Von Kiss – Latin American DJ has shared the stage with Snoop Dogg, Redman and LMFAO.    She is known for her wildly versatile sets and will bring her dub-influenced mash up of hip hop to KL for the first time
• DJ Mr. Gin from Taiwan – Resident DJ of both Primo and Luxy in Taipei and former DMC Taiwan champion in 2009.  He has finished in the top 5 in the World Championships held in England in the same year.
• DJ Nikki – Prominent female DJ in Malaysia, she has won the Juice DJ Quest in 2007 and was voted best female DJ in the CHOONS AWARDS in 2011.  She will be spinning one of her trademark and explosive genre-bending sets guaranteed to get any party started.

 

 

Check out the Johnnie Walker Brand Ambassadors at the party as they share with you the ‘Journey of Taste’ mentor session to discover the powerful layered flavours of Johnnie Walker Black Label with the assistance of an iPad application.  To end of the night, complimentary mineral water will be offered to guests before they leave the party with ample taxis on standby to ferry guests home safely.
