Buffet Alert: Rumah Rasa’s Ramadan Spread

20 July 2012, Singapore – Rumah Rasa at Bay Hotel Singapore has a selection of delectable dishes in their Ramadan Dinner Buffet which runs daily till 18 August 2012 during the Ramadan season.

You can expect a spread of close to 30 authentic and beautiful Indonesian dishes.

Start off with the Percil Sayuran (gado gado laced with kangkong and peanut sauce), Krabu Ulam (a salad of raw vegetables tosed with lightly sauteed shredded coconut), the Arabic dish of Bami’ah (mutton stew flavoured by tomatoes, spices and ladies fingers) and the Lemak Ayam Cili Padi (gulai of chicken marinated in fresh chillies and spices), Sate Jawa (chucky skewered meat) and a very lemak Lemak Nangka (stew of young jackfruits in coconut milk).

Rumah Rasa is located at Bay Hotel Singapore located on 50 Telok Blangah Road.  The Ramadan Dinner Buffet is served daily from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and is priced at S$39++ for adults and S$20++ for children below 12.   Call +6568186681 for reservations.
