Chef Shen Tan, formerly from Ujong, The Wok & Barrel and Madam Tan’s Nasi Lemak is back. We have missed her cooking and mouthwatering dishes.

Chef Shen Tan has collaborated with Joan Bowen Cafe. Her creations for the Joan Bowen Cafe and Wok & Barrel signature dishes will be available from 15 April 2016 for a three month pop-up.
New dishes emphasising local flavours and produce including Buah Keluak Pasta, Grilled Laksa Salad and Char Grilled Eggplant Salad will be served while other Wok & Barrel signature dishes such as the Nasi Lemak with Crispy Chicken, Beef Rendang, Bak Chor Mee Pasta and desserts like Pulot Hitam Cake and Shendol Delights will also be available.
The arts themed cafe, Joan Bowen Cafe is located in the Macpherson Road. It seats 40 and is located at 9 Jalan Wangi, Singapore 349354.
