Junior The Pocket Bar transforms into a Chinese New Year Pop Up with Remy Martin

Junior The Pocket Bar‘s limited-run Chinese New Year pop-up is back but at it’s new location at Ann Siang Road. The return of the second edition of the Remy Martin collaboration is happening till 27 February 2021.

A signature menu of cocktail as well as Chinese New Year treats are being served with festive art and decor to herald the year of the Ox.

Chinese New Year Cocktails are priced at S$25++. Or just enjoy two pours of Remy Martin XO with a Braised Oxtail Tart at S$88++. The regular drinks menu is still available.

COCKTAIL	INGREDIENTS
Rolling for Prosperity	Rémy Martin VSOP, pineapple, spiced brown butter rum and lemon, served with a flaky pineapple tart on the side
Ang Bao Na Lai	The Botanist Dry Gin, lychee, grapefruit, lemon and rose, garnished with strawberry dust and the Heart of Gold, a refreshing mix of Cointreau, fino sherry, dry vermouth and spiced Mandarin soda, garnished with a love letter
Fanning the Flames	Bruichladdich the Classic Laddie, coffee vermouth, DOM Benedictine, bak kwa bitters and garnished with a torched bak kwa.
Heart of Gold	Cointreau, Fino Sherry, dry vermouth, spiced mandarin soda with a love letter.
Ha Ha Ha	Mezcal, lemongrass, lime, sour tamarind, hae bee hiam tincture with spicy paprika dust.
Guaranteed Abundance	Fino sherry, green walnut liqueur, lapsang souchong with braised abalone
The Troublemaker	Marigold and chamomile vodka, peach, white mischief sour ale lemon with melon seeds
Blooming Gratitude	Cointreau, Pol Roger champagne, The Botanist Gin, Jasmine and Pear
