Pizza Hut Singapore launches the new Season of Spice menu on 15 January 2026, featuring the all-new Sichuan Roasted Chicken Pizza, inspired by smoky Sichuan BBQ skewers, Flamin’ Mala Melts, Cumin Chicken Baked Rice, Cumin Chicken Mac ‘N’ Cheese, and Mala Fire Drumlets.

Sichuan Roasted Chicken Pizza
While aromatic and spice-forward are synonymous with the Chuan Chuan street food culture, the pizza is not overly spicy. Topped with fully seasoned cumin chicken, fragrant peppercorn and spices, and surrounded by the signature cheese-stuffed Blossom Crust,
Flamin’ Mala Melts
The Flamin’ Mala Melts are my favourite. Golden pockets of melty cheese, tender chicken, lifted by a smoky mala sauce that is not overwhelming. Chicken chunks in here are more meaty and tender than those on the Sichuan Roasted Chicken Pizza. I would return for more.
Cumin Chicken Baked rice and Mac ‘N’ Cheese
The Cumin Chicken Baked Rice and Mac ‘N’ Cheese offer a more carb-forward option. Baked with cumin-marinated chicken in a bold mala sauce, the Cumin Chicken Baked Rice is layered with a fluffy pilaf rice and goey cheese. The Cumin Chicken Mac ‘N’ Cheese is creamy, smoky and indulgent with flavourful spices.
Mala Five Drumlets
These saucy Mala Fire drumlets are the spiciest on the Season of Spice menu. Soaking in the mala sauce, these drumlets are perfect for snacking on the side.
