Enjoy a Modern-European Gastronolmical Experience at Winestone

Winestone’s Chef Eugene Li has introduced 15 new dishes to its menu in May this year featuring new Mediterranean fare items with a Modern-European twist.

Chef Li has over 10 years of experience. Armed with an advance diploma in culinary skills, Chef Li has worked as Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chef in hotels and restaurants such as Joel Robuchon, Black Bird Bar & Grill in Brisbane Australia and Dempsey Cookhouse in Singapore.

The bright and spacious dining venue located near Mercure Singapore on Stevens offers unpretentious dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices with a selection of wines to pair.

The Winestone wine ambassadors are around to help you curate wine accompaniments.

The Fattoush Salad (S$20) of mixed greens, fresh tomatoes, pomegranate pulps, radish and olives make an excellent start to any meal. Pair this with a glass of Santa Margherita Prosecco P Extra Dry Doc NV.

And if you feel like you need a bowl of soup, go for the Cremini Mushroom Soup (S$14) topped with a dash of truffle oil with a glass of McWilliams Inheritance Chardonnay 2018.

The Pan-Seared Turbot Fish is glazed with balsamic vinegar and served with braised endives, oven-roasted shallots and crispy chickpeas. Pairs perfectly with the McWilliams Inheritance Chardonnay 2018. A serving of the fish will cost you S$32.

And for those who love your beef, the 150-days grain-fed MS2+ Beef Tenderloin is one dish you have to order. The 250-gramme evenly-seared beef, priced at S$65) is served with foie gras, vine tomatoes and a handmade green peppercorn sauce. Pair this dish with a McWilliams Inheritance Chardonnay 2018.

The tangy Rigatoni Prawn paired really nicely with the Coopers Crossin Shiraz 2017. Chef Eugene Li uses fresh prawns, roasted capsicums in a rich-tempered tomato parmesan sauce for this delightful dish. These ingredients are tossed in al dente rigatoni pasta. The Rigatoni Prawn is priced at S$26 per serving.
