16 September 2010, Singapore –  Audio visual retailer and distributor,Atlas Sound & Vision, launched the Bose® Lifestyle® V-Class® Home Entertainment Systems. The Bose® Lifestyle® V25 and V35 will offer home owners a 5.1 surround sound system combined with the new Bose® Unify™ intelligent integration system − a breakthrough technology that overcomes much of the growing complexity of setting up and using home entertainment systems.

With the new Bose® Lifestyle® V-Class®, your favourite movies, music, and television shows can now be enjoyed in high-definition visual and sound quality seamlessly with one remote.

The Bose® Unify™ Intelligent Integration System

The Bose® Unify™ intelligent integration system is a new programme designed to break down the barrier between equipment and user experience. Bose® Lifestyle® V-Class® owners are able to set up their home entertainment systems quickly and easily thanks to step-by-step visual and audio prompts.

The Unify™ system helps users to decide which connections to use, assist in selecting audio and video sources, and are able to detect new connections and alert the user if the equipment is not attached properly. Presented in a simple and fool-proof manner, this allows even first-time home entertainment system owners to follow and set up successfully.

The Lifestyle® universal remote control is in itself a sophisticated device that helps to connect all the various devices and features a two-line display on the remote that allows users to see what radio station or iPod song is playing without the need to turn on the TV. Simply aim the remote at the Lifestyle® system’s console, follow the onscreen instructions and the Unify™ technology will automatically program the Lifestyle® remote to operate the source.

Crystal Clear Bose® 5.1 Surround Sound

The new Bose® Lifestyle® V25 and V35 systems will feature exclusive Bose® audio technologies designed to deliver vivid, entertainment-like surround sound from five small speaker arrays and a hideaway Acoustimass module.

Using the Bose® ADAPTiQ® audio calibration technology, the system will analyse and automatically adjust the sound to the size, shape and furnishings of any room, providing greater freedom for speaker placement, ensuring the best sound quality for the room.

Depending on personal preferences, homeowners will have a choice of either the minimalist Jewel Cube® speakers with the V35, or high-performance Direct/Reflecting® speaker arrays with the V25. Flush speaker varients of the Lifestyle® V-Class® are available upon request.

The Lifestyle® V-Class® systems also include six high-definition (HD) inputs including four HDMI and two component inputs, a built-in AM/FM tuner, a dock for iPod®, Videostage® 5 decoding circuitry, video upscaling (even to 1080p over HDMI), Digital Dynamic Range® compression circuitry and active stabilization.

In addition, the Lifestyle® V-Class® systems can also decode audio from Dolby TruHD and uncompressed multi-channel PCM from via HDMI, thus allowing the V-Class® systems to be enjoyed with any Blu-ray Disc™ players in the market for a truly high-definition visual and audio theatre experience.
