The 2014 – 2015 Passenger Choice Awards was held at the Oregon Convention Centre Ballroom in Portland, OR in the US yesterday during the APEX EXPO 2015.
In the months of May and June this year, passengers from around the world were invited to rate their experience on the annual online survey for the Passenger Choice Awards. Participants rated airlines based on ground experience, cabin comfort, entertainment options, connectivity and other factors.
The results were tabulated by The Nielsen Company to rate global airlines based on how well they perform of which the participating airlines have access to the direct feedback from participants.
Emirates came in top with seven wins this year including Best Overall Passenger Experience, Best In Region: Middle East, Best In Flight Entertainment User Interface, Best In Flight Connectivity and Communications, Best Cabin Ambience, Best Food and Beverage and Best Ground Experience.
