Five-weekly flights on ZIPAIR Tokyo Narita to Singapore from 17 July. New Livery removes “Z”

ZIPAIR Tokyo will temporarily increase service between Tokyo Narita to Singapore from 16 July till 31 August 2022. The airline currently operates three flights per week on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays until 15 July 2022.

Five-weekly Flights to Singapore

From 16 July 2022, ZIPAIR will operate flights between Narita and Changi Airport on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. ZG53 departs Narita at 3.10 pm and arrives in Singapore at 9.30 pm. ZG54 departs Changi Airport at 11 pm and arrives in Narita at 7.10 am the next day.

ZIP Full-Flat one-way airfares excluding airport charges, fees and taxes departing from Tokyo Narita start from JPY50,000. ZIPAIR was established in July 2018 and has continued to set the standard as the new basic airline for air travel. Last year, the airline launched a low-cost service over the Pacific to Los Angeles International Airport. Based out of Tokyo Narita, ZIPAIR currently operates to 5 international destinations, including Bangkok, Seoul, Honolulu, Singapore, and Los Angeles.

New Nonstop Service to Mineta San José from December 2022

On 15 June, the airline announced its plans to launch a nonstop service in December 2022 between Tokyo Narita and Mineta San José International Airport. Reservations will open in autumn.

New ZIPAIR Livery

The carrier’s entire fleet of Boeing 787-8 aircraft will feature a renovated livery. The livery will be changed in two stages. A decal version will be launched on 18 June replacing the tail logo that currently features a ‘Z’. A newly painted aircraft will be progressively introduced in December 2022 and is expected to be completed by Spring 2023.
