The 162-unit Lanson Place Tianfu Square Serviced Residences in Chengdu R&F Centre will be Lanson Place’s first property in Western China and its 11th property. Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited has signed a new management contract with Guangzhou R&F Properties Company Limited.
The serviced apartments range from one-bedroom to penthouse suites and is targeted to open later this year.
Lanson Place Tianfu Square Serviced Residences is in Chengdu’s financial centre Luomashi precinct. It is minutes from the Luomashi Metro Station and is accessible offering residential comfort, personalised service and a vibrant urban lifestyle.
It is also near major events venue Chengdu Sports Centre as well as two prime retail clusters, Chunxi Road-Yanshikou and Hongxing Road-Daci Temple.
In July this year, Lanson Place Hospitality Mangement Limited announced the opening of the One Sunland Serviced Suites managed by Lanson Place in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in Pudong, Shanghai. The property offers 188 units from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom duplexes of 66 to 228 sqm.
Closer to home, the Lanson Place in Singapore is located in the Central Business District and is close to Somerset MRT Station. Located at 167 Penang Road, Lanson Place Singapore is also close to shopping malls such as Orchard Central and 313 Somerset.
