Qantas Increases Seasonal Capacity from Singapore and Across Asia Pacific

Qantas will increase its flights from Singapore to Perth to twice daily. It will also offer summer flights to Bali for a second consecutive year as part of demand-led capacity increases across the Asia Pacific region including the Philippines and New Zealand.

Flights between Perth and Singapore will increase from 10 to 14 per week between 12 December 2016 and 6 February 2017. The additional flight QF77 will Perth at 4pm and arriving in Singapore at 9.30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The return flight QF78 will depart Singapore at 11.40pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and arrive in Perth the next day at 5am. These flights are in addition to existing flights QF71 which departs Perth at 12.10pm and arrives in Singapore at 5.45pm and the return flight QF72 which departs Singapore at 6.50pm and arrives in Perth at 11.40pm.

Flights between Manila and Sydney will increase from five to six per week between 15 December 2016 and 19 January 2017. Qantas’ seasonal Bali flights will operate between Sydney and Denpasar five times weekly from 14 December 2016 to 5 February 2017 complementing Jetstar’s extensive network into the Indonesian Island. Qantas will increase capacity between Brisbane and Christchurch from three times per week to daily from 30 October. A new daily Melbourne-Christchurch service will begin 4 December 2016 timed to connect with onward flights to Dubai, London and a wide range of European destinations.
