Singapore Airlines will stop flying to Cairo, Egypt and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia due to sustained weak performance from 30 September and 28 September 2014 respectively.
If you are holding confirmed purchased or KrisFlyer redemption tickets to and from Riyadh and Cairo after the suspension dates, Singapore Airlines will refund without any administrative fees or penalties.
Singapore Airlines will continue to serve Jeddah, Saudi Arabia while connections to Cairo and Riyadh are still possible on other airlines via Singapore Airline’s nearby cities such as Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Jeddah flights currently operated via Riyadh will be operated via Dubai from 2 October 2014.
