Many Singaporeans are not getting enough sleep or are struggling with stress. Rather than reaching for supplements without knowing what suits them, Unity Pharmacy wants customers to receive professional guidance first.
Its new Better Sleep, Less Stress campaign introduces dedicated wellness bays and pharmacist-led consultations at selected stores across Singapore. The initiative combines more than 100 sleep and stress management solutions from both Eastern and Western wellness approaches, helping customers choose products that best suit their individual needs.
According to figures cited by Unity, a 2024 YouGov survey found that 54% of Singaporeans sleep less than the recommended seven hours each night. Another study found that 27.6% of residents reported poor overall sleep quality, while more than half of Singapore’s workforce experiences moderate to high daily stress.
Pharmacists Help You Find the Right Solution
Unlike a typical retail display, the campaign places Unity pharmacists at the centre of the experience. Customers can request a complimentary Wellness Check-In where pharmacists assess different aspects of health before recommending suitable wellness support. The consultation covers:
