Looks like our New Year resolution will come true, even as we stay glued to our TV screens! Fit For Fashion returns for its second season on 7 January 2016 8PM on Star World (Channel 501 on Starhub).  Joined by host Louise Roe, photographer Todd Anthony Tyler, fitness gurus Mitch Chilson and Christine Bullock, the bolder and braver show will be taking 14 of the most gung-ho contestants on TV on a transformation journey from flab to fab.

Coming from every walk of life, the 14 contestants will be put through 10 weeks of grueling fitness and fashion challenges, breaking through with the best versions of themselves.

From Singapore, we have the energetic Jess Punch and hilarious walking encyclopedia Marlon Dance-Hooi. As natural performers, both have appeared in the limelight on Australian television. Those who are fans of the social-experiment reality show, Beauty and The Geek, may remember Marlon’s geek-to-chic transformation in the Australian version.

The show aims to break the mould, bringing the experience off screen as well. Viewers can join them on this inspiring journey by downloading Fitness First’s CustomFit 3.0 app (available free on iOS and Android). Available from 10 January 2015, it will feature over 750 exercises alongside their Fitness Logic system delivering set after sets of personalized workouts.

At the end of the  day, everybody just wants to live a happier life full of confidence and vitality. Why not start your 2016 journey to a better you alongside 14 dynamic personalities?
