Dreams and Confetti is a wonderland for those wanting a stylish and classy party, or for premium tableware to house your baked goods

Are you one of those who say, “I will always have space for dessert”? Then, home-grown bakery Little House of Dreams’ bespoke cakes, cupcakes and, of course, their adorable tea party-like decorum should be no stranger to you. It has been welcomed with great success, thanks to parties highlighting their decadent desert tables. This April, owners Grace Goh and Audrey Lee took their party planning obsession a step further, and unveiled Dreams and Confetti – a spanking new one-stop solution for aspiring soiree-throwers and party aficionados with a bias for style, class and a touch of whimsy at Great World City #02-20C/D (opposite Starbucks).

You can make your very own confetti blend perfect for your party theme over at their Confetti Bar at S$5 per satchel

Truly, in that one shop you can find and settle everything you need for a party from decorations to door gifts. They carry an extensive range of products including cherry wooden utensils from Sucre Store, stationary and gift brand Rifle Paper & Co., English vintage home products by Flying Squirrel Nest, online children’s party boutique My Little Day, unique party-ware and stationary brand Meri Meri, speciality candles from St Eval and trendy accessories from Catseye. To top it all off, they will be the only ones in Singapore housing four exclusive brands synonymous with a classy tea party any day; Sugarfina, Rosanna, Mosser Glass and Jeanette Zeis.

Sugarfina

The shop will be bringing in Sugarfina, a luxury candy boutique originating from Beverly Hills, America

Simply put, Sugarfina is a luxurious candy boutique raved by Beverly Hills natives, including my beloved Leonardo DiCaprio and domestic goddess Martha Stewart! Recent times have seen the upscaling of simple pleasures, and gummies and chocolates at this establishment has a lot more to offer than just a fancy price tag. From the beautifully packaged acrylic cubes and ready-made/customised bento boxes, it’s now my number one choice for gifting.

I could not resist and packed myself one of their signature Cocktail Hour Tasting Box on my own accord, and, wow, was I blown away. It was only minutes before I realised I have tasted the entire box, with the Single Malt Scotch Cordials being my favourite. Definitely a treat for the adults, it had a delicate dark chocolate shell that breaks away instantly for a burst of Scotland’s famed single malt scotch; the ideal girls’ night treat, don’t you think?

Rossana

Any Oprah Winfrey fans, or perhaps, followers of England’s royal family in the house? Now, you can emulate them in full sophisticated glory with Rossana’s porcelain tableware, from its elegant 24k gold series to their pretty cake stands and compotes – just like the Buckingham Palace.

They also make great decoations around the house, particularly The Voyage Collection trays. These vintage trays were inspired by Rossana’s keen eye for ephmera exploring the bygone days of international travel. It gets updated, sort of like a timeline, as she discovers even more.

Mosser Glass

Of Etsy fame, Jeanette Zeis is an artisanal stoneware craftsman, whose signature and customisable handmade stands has grown a loyal following. Now, you can skip all the unwanted shipping costs and fear of opening up a box of broken procelain by picking up one of her pastel wonderland designs at the shop.

Of Dreams and Confetti

There’s always a reason to celebrate, and when you do, why not go all out and have that perfect get-together that you have always dreamed of. Dreams and Confetti could not have made it simplier with providing everything you need in one spot. As a special treat for the mummies and daddies, there is even a childrens’ corner where kids can enjoy the complimentary candy bar and decorate their own cake (for ordering, if you like), while they look through the shop. Even if there is not a party in the works, sweet tooths can just pop on by for some of my new favourite Sugarfina’s to get through the day,  or get some of Rossana’s beautiful trays to make your makeup corner a little more special. Honestly, the only complaint I have is that it did not come with Little House of Dreams by the side to statisfy my endless cupcake cravings.

Dreams and Confetti is located at Great World City, 1 Kim Seng Promenande #02-20C/D Singapore 237994. They are open from 11.00AM to 0900PM, and you may call them at 6733 0230, check their website, Facebook and Instagram for more information.
