The inaugural Social Star Awards organised by Starcount was held at the MasterCard Theatres on 23 May 2013 night. Some 1,500 people turned up for the awards show which started past 9pm.
At the red carpet, many celebrities posed for photos including big guns such as Aerosmith, PSY, Carly Rae Jepsen, CeeLo Green, Skyblu, George Takei and Jessica Alba.
The biggest YouTube stars of the past 12 months also made their appearances including Hikakin, Harlem Shake, Tummy Talk, Marquese Scott , Ryan Higga and Wrecking Crew, PewDiePie.
