Casio has released the 2017 edition of the EDIFICE Scuderia Toro Rosso Limited Edition EQB-501TRC-1A and the EFR-556TR-1A models. The new models were announced in Melbourne ahead of the 2017 Formula One season-opening Australian Grand Prix. At the event at the St Kilda Surf Life Saving Club, the team drivers Carlos Sainz and Daniil Kvyat competed in a Casio EDIFICE Time Trial. They tested their paddle boarding skills against the clock.

EQB-501TRC is the second Scuderia Toro Rosso Limited Edition model from EDIFICE. The watch is in basic black with splashes of blue and red, the logo colours of Scuderia Toro Roso, on the second hand and one of the dials. The watch band is made of Cordura fabric for the outer surface and red team colour leather for the inner surface.The band ring and back cover features the team logo.
The EQB-501XDB-1A is a smartphone link model racing chronograph. You can synchronise the time with your smartphone time.
