The first Swatch watch went on sale 30 years ago in 1983. A young colourful and effervescent brand representing excitement and zest for life, Swatch is celebrating its 30th anniversary by launching a commemorative 30th Anniversary watch- the Sapphire Swatch SFZ 110.
The Lustrous Bliss model features an alligator print leather strap and loop with a transparent plastic buckle and the characteristic super-thin SKIN transparent plastic case. 174 pink sapphires are set in concentric circles on the glossy anthracite dial which has no numerals or makers.
Swatch collectors in Singapore can stand a chance to win the exclusive limited edition vintage Sapphire Swatch retailing at S$2,592 at the 30th anniversary event at Swatch’s flagship store at Ion B2-37 on 30 March 2013 from 1.30 to 3.30pm.
