Michelin has unveiled the list of 34 restaurants and street food outlets distinguished with a Bib Gourmand by the MICHELIN inspectors. To assess the quality of a restaurant, the inspectors apply five criteria defined by Michelin. They are product quality, preparation and flavours, the chef’s personality as revealed through his or her cuisine, value for money and consistency over time and across the entire menu. This distinction, as popular with chefs as it is with gourmets, rewards establishments offering a high quality menu at a reasonable price below S$45.
The complete MICHELIN Guide selection will be available on the Michelin Guide Singapore website from 21 July 2016.
