Prior to the release of The Angry Birds Movie, McDonald’s in Singapore will be launching a range of Angry Birds delights from 19 May onwards. On offer will be the Super Red Burger, Angry Bird Combo Box which comes with Chicken McNuggets and Spicy Nuggets or Jalapeno Chicken Nuggets as well as Angry Birds Happy Meal collectibles.
The Super Red burger is inspired by the leader of Angry Birds flock, Red. The flaming red buns are complemented with smoky chicken patty, sliced tomato and a tender egg topped with a fiery pepper mayo sauce. It is available ala-carte from S$6.10. For the value meal, pay only S$7.95 for the Super Red burger, medium French Fries and a 16oz Coca-Cola. The Super Red burger is available from 19 May 2016.
From 19 May to 8 June, you can get the Angry Birds Combo Box that comes with a combination of Chicken McNuggets and Spicy Nuggets.
From 9 June to 29 June, the Angry Birds Combo Box comes with a combination of Chicken McNuggets and the all-new Jalapeno Chicken Nuggets.
The six piece combo box is available ala-carte from S$4.45 or from S$6.05 for an Extra Value Meal which comes with medium French Fries and a 16oz Coca-Cola. The nine piece combo box is priced at S$5.95 ala-carte of S$7.70 for an Extra Value Meal.
Breakfast will be packaged in limited edition Angry Birds packaging. The Grilled Mushroom Breakfast Platter returns for a limited time from 19 May 2016 while stocks last. The platter is served with juicy grilled mushrooms, crispy chicken bacon, sizzling sausage, caramelised onions and melty cheese on scrambled eggs and toasted English Muffin from S$7.50.
A new McFlurry inspired by the Angry Bird character Chuck is also available from S$2.90. Enjoy layers of delicious yellow swirls of lemon curd and crunchy brownie bits in the velvety-smooth vanilla soft serve.
Rovio Entertainment has developed a Power-Up mini game for McDonald’s. Unlock special game modes and win Power-Up rewards in the Angry Birds mobile game app. The Angry Birds selfie camera function lets you capture photos of yourself with different Angry Birds characters to share on Social Media.
Happy Meals will be packaged in a specially designed Angry Birds box and comes with an Angry Birds collectible. Each collectible is available free with every Happy Meal purchase in restaurants or McDelivery. Two new designs are released every Thursday at 11am.
