mezza9 Lunar New Year with Yu Sheng platters featuring sustainable ingredients like Sliced Yellowtail Kingfish (for a smooth and great year ahead), Sliced Irish Organic Salmon (for an abundance of good luck) and Sliced Red Snapper fish (for blessed fortune). Available in three different serving portions – two people (S$48++), four people (S$78++) and six people (S$98++), these Yu Sheng platters can be customised with premium sustainable ingredients.

Aside from sustainable seafood feast, the Chinese kitchen in mezza9 is ready to serve up dishes such as the mouthwatering Simmered Black Moss, Yam, Pumpkin, Pork Belly (S$58++), the spicy & appetizing Steamed Blue Cod with Wolfberry Green Chilli Paste (S$68++) and the auspicious & tasty Baked Herbal Kampung Chicken with Eight Treasures. (Half Chicken / S$36++ and Whole Chicken / S$68++).
