It costs S$48.90 for a whole cake or S$6.90 per slice and is best enjoyed chilled straight from the freezer.

The Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake takes inspiration from Singapore’s old-school ice cream carts. New York cheese mousse rippled with raspberry jam meets raspberry cheese mousse, vanilla sponge, chantilly cream and berry crumble. It is priced at S$52.90 whole or S$6.90 per slice.

Changi Airport and Jewel Turn National Day into a Festival

Changi Airport and Jewel are combining culture, music, gardens, shopping and family activities across July and August.

A Taste & Touch of Peranakan Heritage runs at Jewel Level 5 from 1 August to 31 December. Tickets start at S$46 and include a food sampling platter from Baba Nyonya Restaurant, traditional attire for photos on the Canopy Bridge, a bookmark workshop, Canopy Park and Canopy Bridge access, and a S$5 Jewel Retail Voucher.

From 1 to 31 August, the Rain Vortex’s “Home” Light & Music Showcase pays tribute to Kit Chan’s National Day classic. Shows run at 8pm and 9pm from Monday to Thursday, with an additional 10pm show from Friday to Sunday, on public holiday eves and public holidays.

At ST3PS in Terminal 3 Basement 2, the National Day weekend programme features Minions and singer Ben Hum on 8 August from 1pm to 2.30pm, followed by My Little Pony and Boon Hui Lu on 9 August from 4pm to 5.30pm. The National Day Parade will be screened live after the 9 August programme.
