Pan Pacific Singapore turns 40 this year. Since opening in 1986, the Marina Bay landmark has become one of Singapore’s best-known luxury hotels. To celebrate the milestone, the hotel has launched a year-long line-up of dining experiences, staycation packages, wellness offers and an exclusive collaboration with Nespresso.
The celebrations reflect four decades of hospitality while introducing new experiences for both hotel guests and diners. From special S$40 menus to coffee-inspired creations and exclusive stay benefits, there are plenty of reasons to revisit the hotel over the coming months.
Four Decades of Hospitality
Opened in 1986, Pan Pacific Singapore has grown into a flagship property with 790 guestrooms and suites, six restaurants and bars, extensive meeting facilities and one of Singapore’s recognisable Marina Bay skylines.
Over the years, the hotel has introduced landmark additions including Edge, the Pacific Club Lounge on Level 38, renovated guestrooms, refreshed ballrooms and the launch of Pacific Emporium and PLUME in 2023.
General Manager Melvin Lim noted that while the hotel has continuously evolved over the decades, its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences has remained unchanged.

The Salted Coffee Caramel Tart at Edge combines buttery caramel with the Congo Organic coffee blend’s toasted cereal and berry notes. At Hai Tien Lo, Executive Chinese Chef Edden Yap’s Coffee-glazed Pork Rib balances roasted coffee aromas with apple jam, tomato sauce and Shaoxing wine.
Meanwhile, PLUME showcases the versatility of the same coffee blend through an immersive omakase-style tasting experience featuring coffee-inspired creations and a homemade mocha biscotti finale.
