Jibiru Craft Beer Bar and Eight Years of Good Food and Beer

JiBiru Craft Beer Bar at the open-air dining area of [email protected] celebrates their eighth anniversary this year. In May, it refreshed its Izakaya food menu to go with ten draft beer taps which are on rotation and other alcoholic beverages.

JiBiru has retained some of the customer favourites on its menu such as the Tsukune, Ebi Tempura and Tori Nanban.

Some of the now not-so-new menu items include the Hibachi Noodles, Tori Nankotsu Kaarage and Wafu Beef Steak.

The S$12.80++ Hibachi Noodles is served with chunky gammon bacon that is quick-fried on the grill. The S$9.80++ Tori Nankotsu Karaage is crispy and pleasing to the palate. That’s deep-fried chicken soft bone. The S$21.90++ Wafu Beef Steak is a dish of seared tender beef served with ponzu sauce.
