Kickstart the night with Oysters Rockefeller and Maker’s Craft Highball. Other courses include a stuffed chicken wing with pork sausage & Maker’s Mark neat, apple bourbon pork chop with braised fennel and carrot & Maker’s Old Fashioned. The Beef Tenderloin with charred Kailan is our favourite because it pairs with the Maker’s Mark 46. End the meal with a Maker’s Mark Creme Brûlée and a Spicy Southern Tea.
