Thai dishes featured at the buffet include Thai Glass Noodle Salad with Shrimp and Lime Chilli Dressing or the Green Papaya Salad with Crushed Peanuts, Dried Shrimps, Long Beans, Tomatoes, Chilli Padi and Nam Pla from the Som Tam Hut live station. Try the Chiang Mai-style lemongrass roasted duck or the pork belly green curry and beef in yellow curry. One of my favourite is the Kha Gai soup with coconut milk. And if you have craving for noodles, there’s always the beef noodle soup with kway teow.

The Thai dishes are an add on to the mainstays at the buffet spread including my all-time favourite Indian cuisine section. There is also fresh seafood on ice, a Japanese section and a western section.

Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm daily.

Melt Café is located at Level 4, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, 5 Raffles Avenue, Marina Square, Singapore 039797. For reservations and enquiries, email mosin-dining@mohg.com or call +65 6885 3500.
