20 August 2012, Singapore – Four Seasons Hotel Singapore celebrates Mid-Autumn with some newly created handmade mooncakes. The Baked Mooncake with Single Egg-yolk, Mixed Nuts, X.O. Sauce, Pu’er Milk Tea and Coffee (S$59 for a box of 4), is one such innovative creation that combines a myriad of flavours. Their Snow Skin Bird’s Nest with Custard Mooncake (S$92 for a box of 4) is another new and unique creation that requires a two-day advance order.

Traditional mooncakes include the Baked Mooncake with Silver Lotus Paste and Double Yolks (S$59 for a box of 4) and Baked Mooncake with Pistachios and Silver Lotus Paste (S$55 for a box of 4). For tea lovers or the health conscious, try the Baked Mooncake with Low Sugar Pu’er Tea Paste and Pine Nuts (S$57 for a box of 4).
