Opening on 15 July, the café is the brand’s first in Singapore and features a menu created with Chef Julien Royer, chef-owner of three Michelin-starred Odette and Claudine. The dining experience blends French cuisine, American influences and familiar Singapore flavours across breakfast, afternoon tea and all-day dining.
Highlights include the elegant Breakfast at Tiffany’s experience, Tea at Tiffany’s afternoon tea, the signature Confit Yellow Chicken, Tiffany Burger, Alaskan Spot Prawn “Dumpling”, and desserts such as Tiffany Island and SniX.
Expect reservations to fill quickly once bookings open.
Tokyo’s RITUEL Opens Its First Overseas Flagship

Orchard Road also welcomes RITUEL TOKYO, the Japanese bakery and dining brand’s first international flagship.
Located at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, the all-day concept reimagines the classic French salon de thé through Japanese craftsmanship and hospitality. From breakfast to dinner, expect pastries, viennoiserie, afternoon tea and French comfort dishes served in an elegant blue-and-white dining room.
Signature items include the famous Escargot Danish, the 36-layer Signature Layer Croissant, Japanese Egg Danish Sandwich, Wagyu Roast Beef Danish Sandwich, Pot Pie Soups and French classics such as duck confit and steak frites.
During July, guests can enjoy the BOUQUET Afternoon Tea for Two at S$100++, down from the usual S$118++, including complimentary free-flow non-alcoholic sparkling. More opening specials continue in August.
If you’re planning a café stop along Orchard Road, RITUEL deserves a spot on your list.
Blue Bottle Coffee Refreshes Its Seasonal Menu

Blue Bottle Coffee has rolled out a refreshed seasonal menu centred around a new Kyoto-style cold-extracted espresso, alongside collaborations with local favourites Queic by Olivia and Chu and Co.
Available from 1 July 2026, the new menu introduces two refreshing coffee creations designed for Singapore’s warm weather.
New Seasonal Coffee Creations
| Drink | Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Espresso Tonic | S$10 | Kyoto-style espresso topped with crisp tonic water for a bright, citrus-forward coffee |
| Vanilla Bean Shakerato | S$9.50 | Espresso shaken with real vanilla bean for a silky, lightly sweet finish |
Unlike traditional iced espresso, Blue Bottle’s new Kyoto-style espresso is cold extracted using a slow-drip technique inspired by Kyoto coffee culture. The process highlights sweetness, clarity and body, creating an espresso that remains balanced even as the ice melts.
New Pastries from Chu and Co
Blue Bottle has also welcomed Chu and Co as its newest bakery partner, expanding its pastry selection with handcrafted bakes that pair well with its coffee.
New additions include:
- Sea Salt Croissant
- Turkey Ham & Cheese Danish
- Mushroom & Sesame Bun
- Jalapeño & Cheese Bun
- Triple Pistachio Escargot
- Banana Bread
- Lemon Berry Cake
The pastries are now available at both Blue Bottle Coffee Raffles City and Paragon outlets.
Blue Bottle x Queic by Olivia
Continuing its collaboration with Queic by Olivia, Blue Bottle Coffee has also introduced the Lemon Cream Cheesecake, available until 8 August 2026.
The citrusy cheesecake is designed to pair particularly well with the new Espresso Tonic, where the sparkling bittersweet notes complement its creamy richness, or with a classic hot latte for a smoother combination.
For coffee lovers, this seasonal menu offers another reason to revisit Blue Bottle, especially if you’re curious about how Kyoto-style espresso changes the flavour profile of iced coffee.
Vernacular Coffee Brings New Life to Selegie

Selegie gains a new all-day neighbourhood café with the opening of Vernacular Coffee at Varel Singapore, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.
The pet-friendly space serves house-roasted specialty coffee, TWG teas, Fossa Chocolate drinking chocolate and an all-day menu featuring breakfast plates, Danish sandwiches, mentaiko pasta, fish and chips and Homemade Kaya Croast.
By evening, the café transforms into Vernacular After Dark.
Launching on 17 and 18 July, the evening concept serves fresh Sapporo and Jing-A beers on tap with sharing plates including Smoked Duck Sliders, Chicken Yakitori, BBQ Pulled Pork Loaded Fries and Prata & Satay Pizza.
To celebrate Singapore’s 61st birthday, guests can enjoy 10 beers for S$61 and selected snacks from S$6.10.
Whether you’re after brunch, coffee or a casual evening gathering, Vernacular is quickly becoming one of Selegie’s newest lifestyle destinations.
The Coach Restaurant Launches Live Music Nights

The Coach Restaurant at Jewel Changi Airport is introducing The Listening Table, a new live music series inspired by the atmosphere of New York after dark.
Beginning 17 July, local musicians will perform every selected Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 10pm, with jazz, nostalgic R&B and contemporary favourites accompanying dinner overlooking Jewel’s Rain Vortex.
Guests can also enjoy two hours of free-flow selected pours and cocktails from S$25++ during The Listening Table sessions.

If you’re looking for a date night or somewhere to unwind after work, this is one to bookmark.
Starbucks Wants You to Slow Down Every Wednesday

As Starbucks celebrates its 30th anniversary in Singapore, it is introducing Slowdown Hours, a weekly ritual running every Wednesday from 3pm to 4pm between 15 July and 30 December.
During the hour, participating stores will dim the lights, play a specially curated soundtrack and hand out Slowdown Cards with prompts for reflection or conversation.
To accompany the experience, Starbucks has created a Reset Set featuring a Kopi Siew Dai and a Mini Croissant with either kaya butter or peanut butter.
Customers visiting Starbucks Reserve stores can also watch manual brewing demonstrations featuring rare Reserve coffees.
It is a refreshing reminder that sometimes the best part of the day is taking a proper coffee break.
Queic by Olivia Wants You to Decide Its Next Cheesecake

Queic by Olivia is putting the future of its menu in customers’ hands.
Its latest limited-time launch features two new ube cheesecakes, with customers invited to vote for the one that deserves a permanent place on the menu.
The Ube Queso Basque Burnt Cheesecake pairs creamy ube with savoury cheddar, inspired by nostalgic Filipino ube queso ice cream.
The lighter Ube Cloud Cheesecake layers ube cheesecake, mascarpone mousse and almond crumble, taking inspiration from today’s popular Ube Cloud drinks.
To complete the collection, Ube Coconut Cloud and Ube Latte beverages join the menu from 13 July.
If you’re an ube fan, this may be the hardest food decision you’ll make this month.
