Pacific MarketPlace at Pan Pacific Singapore will be introducing a range of five savoury SuperMuffins from 14 July. They will be available for dine-in, takeaway and online at www.pacificmarketplace.sg.
Pastry Chef Philip Lim handcrafts the savoury batter and adds in fine gruyere cheese to create the SuperMuffins.
- Chicken Run – contains succulent chicken cubes stir-fried in a traditional Chinese wok to create the wok hei fragrance with garlic chives and fragrant Shaoxing Rice Wine.
- Krrish – contains curry potato cubes slow cooked over a low flame and mixed with traditional spices including garam masala, chilli powder, aromatic curry leaves, cumin and tumeric powder.
- Minotaur – Classic French-style braised Oxtail slowly simmered for three hours with carrots, celery and sweet onions.
- The Hulk – Contains button mushrooms, cheese and cream encased in a spinach crust with pepper, garlic and salt seasoning.
- Ms Piggy – Classic Chinese barbequed pork with piquant salted egg yolk seasoned in hoisin sauce, honey, oyster sauce and Shaoxing wine.
