Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng and his culinary team has specially prepared a six-course set dinner. Priced at S$58++ per person, the set dinner comprises of roasted Peking Duck with Marinated Orange Peel, Yellow Bean Sauce and Cucumber wrapped in Pancake; Sautéed Duck Meat with Pan Seared Foie Gras and Green Asapargus, Steamed Silken Chawanmushi with Crabmeat, Mushroom and Shaved Black Truffle; Fragrant Fried Rice with Diced Duck Meat and Scallop in XO Sauce and Pumpkin Soup with Duck and Shrimp Dumpling.
The Whole Peking Duck which is served with zesty marinated orange peel and housemade pancakes are also available at a special price of S$48++ instead of the usual price of S$76++.
