7th Heaven Gyu Don, a beef lunch set at Renga-Ya, has been specially created together with Saucy’s ingredients until 30 April 2018. Only 15 portions are available for lunch from 12 to 2.30pm. This lunch set is attractively priced at S$35.90. That is pretty good value. Reservations are a must on Saucy’s website, where S$3.50 is required to hold your reservation, and the remaining S$32.40++ to be paid at the restaurant.
You get to enjoy premium Kagoshima and Hokkaido beef done seven ways, juicy slices of grilled Hokkaido short rib (Karubi), pan-seared Kagoshima wagyu rump and poached wagyu kata rosu with ponzu sauce and thick cuts of gyu tongue.
Finish up lunch with a richly-flavoured beef maitake soup to make your own chazuke.
