SAVOUR 2014 returns to Singapore this weekend 6 to 9 March 2014. Indulge on a feast by Michelin-starred chefs from award-winning restaurants all under one roof at an affordable price.  For the first time, this annual gourmet food festival in Singapore will be held at The Promontory @ Marina Bay which is much more accessible than the previous years’ venue.

The 2014 chef line-up consists of local stalwarts such as Bruno Menard and Emmanuel Stroobant vying for attendee palates with celebrity chefs such as Michael Caines (2 Michelin stars) and Henrik Yde (1 Michelin star) as well as the new movers and shakers in the culinary world such as James Knappett (Kitchen Table) and Mark Sargeant (Rocksalt). There are 20 participating restaurants over the 4 days serving up over 50 signature dishes from S$6 to S$18.

Enjoy the rustic village-feel, with restaurants interspered amidst feature bars, cafes, bakeries and dessert shops; all of which are purpose-built for the event. The Gourmet Market gets a revamp this year where you can experience live filleting of large sea catches, over 100 variants of cheese and partake in an international selection of wines.

Held in conjunction with i Light Marina Bay 2014, it will be a splendid view from the event space at SAVOUR 2014 by night with stunning light displays across the cityscape.

NESPRESSO extends its U machine range by launching Umat which is available in a limited Mat Red here in Singapore. It can prepare in one single gesture a GRand Cru as the rest of the U machine range.
