Available daily till 13 March 2022, the strawberry themed afternoon tea feature Premium Japanese Strawberry with Valrhona Chocolate Dip; Classic Strawberry Short Cake with Fresh Korean Strawberries: Almond Strawberry mini tartlet; Mascarpone Strawberry Swiss Roll’ Earl Grey & Strawberry Mousse’ Peanut Butter & Jelly with Cream Cheese and Avruga Caviar; Mango Strawberry Tartlets with Garlic Cream Cheese and Flowers; Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Pincho with Caramelised Onions, Brie and Spiced Tomato Coulis; and Strawberry, Tomato, Mozzarella on Toast with Fig Reduction and Basil Cress. And of course not forgetting homemade strawberry scones paired with homemade strawberry jam and clotted cream.
The Simply Strawberries Afternoon Tea is priced at S$45++ per person from Mondays to Fridays and S$49++ per person for Saturdays and Sundays. Two seatings are available from 1 pm to 3 pm and 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The afternoon tea comes with free flow of Ronnefeldt Tea or Brazillian Coffee. Add S$20++ per person for unlimited Prosecco.
