10 December 2012, Singapore – Celebrate this festive season with authentic Italian cuisine under the cozy traditional Italy home-style ambiance at LaBrezza, St Regis Singapore. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, LaBrezza will be offering special set dinner menus at S$168++ and S$208++ respectively.
The Christmas Eve 5 course dinner starts with a Genoa- style octopus salad with potatoes and French beans followed by the aromatic & flavourful Asparagus with black truffle cream, toasted Sicilian almonds, and the Tabular pasta with crystal bay prawns and Mount Vesuvio tomato sauce.
For the main course, seduce your palate with a choice of Turkey wrapped in pancetta, porcini mushrooms or Seabass braised in tomato, endive, and sea salt water. Close a marvelous evening with the Italian festive dessert of Panettone, a bread and butter pudding, distinctly scented with orange and white chocolate.
The sumptuous spread for the New Year’s Eve 6 course dinner includes the appetizing Martina Franca style cured pork, young onion and chanterelle mushroom, and the MUST TRY Homemade tagliatelle, lobster zafferano sauce and fennel and Traditional Italian pork sausage with lentils.
For mains, choose between Pan-roasted snapper, saffron potatoes and young broccoli, or the Sicilian- style sauteed veal chops with garlic, anchovies, parsley, artichoke gratin, potatoes and onion. Soak up the merriment while you savour the rich flavours of Diplomatico, an almond cake macerated in rum, espresso, and chocolate mousse.
After dinner, head on down to Astor Bar located at lobby level of St Regis Singapore to try out their exclusive Festive Cocktails only available this December.
