Singapore has recently been swamped with the trend of Salted Egg Yolk Lava. And not to lose out is Starbucks as it introduces its Salted Egg Yolk Lava Croissant amongst other sweet and savoury treats as part of its Coffee Break Menu. They are also available as ala carte items all-day while stocks last
The Salted Egg Yolk Lava Croissant is filled with buttery, salted egg yolk and is available for a limited time only. There is also a Curry Chicken Puff and Creamy Chicken Foldover. The Creamy Chicken Foldover features a flaky pastry that is filled with creamy chicken chunks and mushroom, dipped in cheese.
Or if you prefer sweets, there muffins with different flavours including Blueberry Crumble, Chocolate Cookie Crumble, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese, Caramel Pecan and Banana Walnut to choose from. The Apple Almond Crumble Tart looks divine. Or pick the Golden Waffles that are glazed with butter drizzled with chocolate, maple syrup and topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
These are part of Starbucks new Coffee Break Menu with 15 treats. For a limited time, these light bites come with a tall-sized Latte or Cappuccino at S$6.90 per set from 3 to 6pm.
