This new buffet venue in Singapore offers all the delights necessary for a magnifique dining experience with your family and friends.
If you have had been to the popular weekend brunch in Cut Catch Cucina in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua, you’ll not want to miss the value-for-money Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch at Kwee Zeen here in Singapore and enjoy copious amounts of Taittinger Champagne.
What’s more you can also jump into the resort’s 33 metre pool while enjoying 20% off all beverages by the pool till 7pm. If you are dining with the kids, there is a Kid’s Room that features bean bags for children to sit and watch cartoons or engaging activities such as snake and ladders as well as finger food.
Kwee Zeen offers indoor and alfresco seating. With Singapore’s climate, we suspect most people would opt to sit indoors which has limited capacity. There are 62 indoor seats, 26 pool side view seats and 38 at The Deck at Kwee Zeen and 92 at Kwee Zeen Terrace
Start off with a healthy selection of salads and fresh veggies before going for the other sections. There is an impressive spread here at Kwee Zeen as well as a selection of Amuse Bouche that is served to you while you dine.
There is quite a selection of cold cuts here to whet your appetite. The Charcuterie Atelier features lomo, proscuitto, iberico, chorizo, salami, serrano jamon, air dried beef, duck rilettes, duck pâte, alsmon rilettes and country terrine,
The carnivores would love the herb-crusted slow roast wagyu beef rump, baked whole salmon with stuffed couscous. Turkey has been added in for the Christmas festive period. A selection of black pepper sauce, red wine sauce, horseradish, mustard, salsa and dill mayonnaise are also available to go with the meats.
Pan-seared Foie Gras is also available.
At the Grilles section, you can enjoy the rosemary lamb chops, black pepper sirloin steak, cajun chicken breast, sausages, corn on the cob and baked potatoes.
Those who cannot live without eggs will be delighted to know that there is an egg station that offers fried, scrambled, poached eggs or omelettes.
No respectable buffet in Singapore goes without a fresh selection of seafood. At Kwee Zeen, there is a selection of fresh oysters from France, Ireland, Australia and Canada. There are also chilled tiger prawns, Boston lobsters, Snow Crab leg, Scallops, Clams and Black Mussels and crabs specially flown in from France as well.
Asian cuisine is not left out in the Sunday Brunch spread. Located in the outdoor area, there is a Chinese and regional section that serves up dishes such as Tom Yam Seafood, Singapore Chilli Crab, Beef Rendang, Hong Kong noodle with shredded chicken, Roast meats and Sambal Squid.
For Desserts, you have an impressive selection of 32 kinds of cheeses that goes with honey comb, maple syrup and other condiments.
Choose from a selection of ice cream, a waffles live station, pralines, and shooters such as Panna Cotta Plum, Lychee Rose Raspberry and Coffee Walnut Caramel or Mango Tiramisu for a sweet explosive ending.
If you decide to go light on desserts, go for the fruits section.
The Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch is available every Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
