Canada’s Tim Hortons is opening its first café in Singapore at VivoCity on 17 November 2023 featuring coffee beverages brewed from 100% Premium Arabica Beans responsibly sourced from Latin America, Africa and Asia Pacific and a selection of freshly prepared sourdough melts and baked items, including the signature bite-sized donuts known as Timbits. Having opened in the Philippines. Thailand and South Korea, Tim Hortons enters Singapore through a partnership with Marubeni’s Singapore-based subsidiary Marubeni Growth Capital Asia (MGCA) with plans to open in Malaysian and Indonesia. New outlets will be opened in Nex, One Raffles Place and Suntec City in the coming months.
Tim Hortons operates more than 5,700 establishments in the United States, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, China, India, Pakistan, Thailand, and the Philippines. It is a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands International, a quick service restaurant company with over US$40 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 30,000 restuarants in over 100 countries. Restaurant Brands International is the parent company of several renowned quick-service restaurant brands, including Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs.
The VivoCity café showcases the brand’s new design concept, incorporating warm tones and organic shapes, drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the Canadian wilderness and timeless majesty of old maple trees. The café is located at #01-207 next to the Nespresso store.
Experienced Coffee Masters craft Tim Hortons’ signature coffee blends while Roast Masters carefully roast them in individual batches to ensure the highest quality and consistency of each Tim Hortons cup.
Beverages on the Singapore menu includes signature blends, flavoured lattes including the Matcha Latte, Maple Cinnamon Latte, and Chai Latte and Iced Capps. On the food menu, enjoy made-to-order sourdough melts including the Truffle Mushroom Melt and Pesto Chicken and Mozzarella Melt.
To celebrate the launch, the first 100 customers daily from 17 to 19 November will enjoy a complimentary regular Café Latte every week for six months. The 101st to 200th customers on 17 November will receive an exclusive Tim Hortons Classic Glass Bottle Merchandise.
