The Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory was established in 2011 and we first tasted these extremely addictive milk cheese cookies in Tokyo two years ago. Ever since then, we’ve stopped buying Tokyo Banana which has been a popular gift to buy home for family and friends amongst Singaporeans.

This week in Hong Kong, we stumbled upon Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Hong Kong at its flagship store here at Sai Kung, Hong Kong where we purchased a few boxes of the original Salt & Camembert Cookie as well as the Honey & Gorgonzola Cookie, a sweeter variant. Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory entered into Hong Kong last year making it the first country outside of Tokyo to offer the signature cookies.

The Honey & Gorgonzola Cookie is flavoured with Spanish rosemary honey and a rich gorgonzola cheese chocolate filling in between.

My personal favourite is the Salt & Camembert Cookie which is made from Hokkaido milk and French Guérande salt as well as camembert cheese chocolate filling in between.

The Salt & Camembert was retailing at HKD83 for 10 pieces and HKD162 for a 20 piece packaging. The 20 piece Honey & Gorgonzola pack was retailing at HKD173. The pricing in Hong Kong is much higher than from Tokyo.

The Milk Cheese Cake and Edam Cheese Cake and matcha Milk Cheese Cake are also on sale at the Sai Kung outlet. The Sai Kung outlet operates from G/F 9 Po Tung Road, Sai Kung, New Territories from 2pm to 9pm from Monday to Friday and from 12pm to 10pm on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

It’s other shop is located in Shueng Wan at Shop 4-6, G/F Western Market, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong from 12pm to 9pm everyday.

And if you are in Tokyo, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory products are available at a few locations.
